Enjoy an introduction to a world-class rare book collection right here in Charlottesville. The staff of Rare Book School will treat you and friends to a tour of its facility in UVA Shannon Library and to an experience a selection of its book and manuscript materials. Books being partly a tactile experience, the joy of a teaching collection is it is not only meant to be seen but held! We’ll coordinate a weekday time that works best for you and four lucky friends.
